RentWorth helps Miami renters understand whether an apartment is worth its asking price. We bring the rent, recurring fees, concessions, neighborhood benchmarks, commute context, and available building signals into one practical Rent Score.

Our mission is to make apartment decisions less confusing and more transparent. Renters should be able to compare the real monthly cost of a Brickell high-rise with an option in Coral Gables, Edgewater, Doral, Kendall, or Downtown before paying an application fee.

Community submissions can be made anonymously, helping create a more useful picture of what Miami renters are actually paying.
